it’s a skateboarding site that contains skate videos and forums for skaters all over the world

 

 

User-Centric Design:

It’s a skateboarder site where you can watch skate videos,get the latest news and partisipate in forum discutions

It’s very easy to navigate and to know where everything is.

You can become a member of the site and edit your profile and background.

It’s a very friendly site and there is just so much to do!

The website also offers you to upload your own pictures and videos.

So you can get involved and have a lot of fun.

The site will moslty be visited by skateboarders becouse it offers them many things that relate to their hobby-skating!!

 

 

White Space:

This site has a  lot of white space which makes it look very simplistic.

The site itself has a lot of content but it’s very easy to use becouse it’s well laid out

The macro white space is well made as well becouse it’s very easy to read

And not only the homepage has a lot of white space.if you click somewhere else the page will still look simplistic and eye pleasing!

Very well made!!

 

 

 

 

Layout:

The page might not have cool boxes but it’s laid out so well that it’s very comfortable to use.everything is easy to find.all the important information

Is at the top which is easyer to find what you are looking for.

A menu bar is at the top whitch will easily help you navigate through the page

 

Colour:

The good thing about this website is you can edit it to your taste.change the background colours and images which makes the page very attractive.

The choise of colour is wide and the default colours are good and help to disinct what is more important

 

Simplicity:

Probably the best thing about the page is it’s simplicity.

It is very easy to use and go where you want.it’s clear where everything is

 And it’s impossible to get lost or confused.

The font used is very simple which also adds the sence of ease to the page.
but the page is very good.

Visual language week 10

 

This is a picture of good Obama and he’s got God on his side…literally

in the lecture we maskuline and feminine images.

we looked at how people understand different images

we went to the botanic gardens and drew pictures of plants using different types drawing!

these images include 

a contour drawing,a negative drawing,patterns,blind contour drawing, drawing your surrounds

we looked at  balance,golden triangle perspective and size

things that stand out

 

we made a story just by taking pictures

we did a lot of photoshop and and  looked at peoples photos

it was great fun

We learned how to use photoshop tools and experimented with them. it was great fun!!!

Visual language week 2

                                we did a lot of drawing. line drawing,dot drawing we found out what more information about visual language. then in the lab we did outline drawing and shading.

we were asked to pick 1 and develop it further
